The role will require a highly motivated candidate who is experienced in the Recruitment Sector but is also looking forward to an entrepreneurial experience, by helping to set up a new operation. This is a unique experience to grow the candidate's career including benefiting from an uncapped bonus structure. Your day-to-day responsibilities/tasks will include the following:

  • Analyzing market needs and opportunities in the Recruitment Sector in India 

  • Leveraging the international experience and strong network to grow a new business line

  • Developing relationships in your area with small and large businesses

  • Managing the full recruitment process and do quality assurance for other agents

  • Attending business meetings with candidates and clients

  • Sourcing candidates from social media, job boards and our own internal database

  • Working closely with your team achieving the best result for the candidate/client

  • Meeting with candidates to talk through their career aspirations and providing them with the tools that they need to perform well at interviews

  • Placing temporary/permanent candidates into a role

  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs



You have at least 2-5 years experience in the recruitment industry including sales background, but your ambition is also to become entrepreneurial in your future career. You have experience in working with challenging targets and you are willing to go the extra mile in achieving them. To be successful in the role you will require the following attributes:


  • 2-5 years experience in the recruiting business including sales background
